Came here to sleep prior to a long drive to Ohio. Great service! Rooms were comfy and cool with the AC. Staff are respectful and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Great place if you are on the road and need a place to sleep.

The owner and his family are on-premise and I was voluntarily requested to call if I had any issues or needs at any time of the day or night. A fresh, clean scent was the first thing I noticed upon entering my room. The towels and sheets were fresh and soft and all of the linens appeared to be very clean. The amenities are basic and older but in very good shape and the walls have a fresh coat of paint. My room with double beds had a very large shower stall and the bathroom appliances and flooring were immaculately clean. I am very petite and hadn't any problem sliding between sink and shower to access the toilet but for a larger or handicapped individual the small space could present a problem. Due the building structure there doesn't appear to be a way for the owners to amend the situation, but the bathroom set-up may be spaced differently in other rooms. The rooms are non-smoking and there are active security cameras posted along the walkway in front of the doors. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt completely safe. I would absolutely stay again.

I booked 1 night 2 weeks in a row on business. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Both visits, everybody was professional and courteous. Then after booking the night for Aug. 3rd, I got a call from the property operator accusing me (she was absolutely sure of herself, no questions asked) of having spilled wine in the room and it smelled very bad. I told her I did not spill anything, did not have any wine with me, told her i found offensive that she would accuse me of drinking & spilling. I mentioned that on both stays, the room smelled bad on entering and i had to leave the door open to air it out (the windows do not open). No comments were offered . She asked me if I wanted to cancel and talked about $100 deposit. When booking the room, the sale is final, so I said I could not cancel, but if she did, she would not get paid for it. She then told me the property Mgr would call me in 20 minutes, but I did not get a call. 4 days had gone by since i had left the motel on july 28th and her phone call, so not sure why she did not call me earlier. Fast forward to Aug 3rd when I showed up at the motel, thinking they had given this whole thing some thought, but was now accused of having stunk up the room on both stays, which was a new story. It was not wine anymore, but strong flowery perfume (which i do not have by the way) that I... not sure? Drank? Spilled or showered with? But regardless, I was responsible for the stink. The people who booked the room for 2 nights after me, but stayed only one night, were absolved of any wrong-doing, based on... who knows? No matter what I said, they were adamant, I did it, although with no proof, no stain, no timeline that made any sense, just happy to confront and accuse me after other people had used the room. I told them that if I had damaged their property and did not want to own for what i had done, I probably would not have booked yet another night... That did not seem to compute. No room for allegations, full-blown accusations. Never seen anything like that. Since definitely not welcome, and by then, not particular keen on being there, I canceled the booking, they confirmed they would not put the payment through, and I booked myself elsewhere. I hope they treat the rest of their patrons better. They had the gall to complain they were losing a sale and have a family to support .. how about not disrespecting and falsely accusing your customers in the first place?

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for this motel. When I arrived, the manager Danny was so kind and helpful in helping me find an alternate accommodation on her personal laptop as he was already booked for the nights I was hoping to stay. He took care of canceling the reservation on Expedia so I had nothing to worry about. He called me and followed up to see if I needed additional help securing another place. For the customer service alone I have to give five stars!
